Steve holds the Institute of Leadership & Management's Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring. This means you can expect quality coaching and mentoring to achieve your leadership aspirations. Steve also holds a BA (Hons) in Criminal Justice and HND in Social & Organisational Studies. As a former Royal Marine and with decades of experience in policing, you might argue Steve also has an honorary degree from the University of Life!
