If you are unable to attend for whatever reason after confirming your place, please provide notice in writing (e.g. email) to obtain a refund. Depending on the notice you give, the following refunds will apply when a change of date is not feasible...

14 days or more notice given before event: FULL REFUND or postpone to later event where available
7 to 14 days notice given before event: 50% REFUND or postpone to later event where available
Less than 7 days notice: NO REFUND
