Promotion & Leadership MASTERCLASS

This is a far more involved full day of content, covering an array of core police leadership concepts and more intense promotion preparation. Designed for a smaller audience, this is ideal for targeted positive action and promotion support. This is an intensive input with tailoring to each individual, including addressing any personal concerns raised, example good evidence, and Q&A throughout. Similar to my existing Masterclass, but including extra localised info relevant to your force.
