This helps keep them almost entirely anonymous.

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Events
Places on the in-person Rank Success Masterclasses are limited. Once your booking on the masterclass has been received, your place is confirmed. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason after confirming your place, please provide notice in writing (e.g. email) to obtain a refund. Depending on the notice you give, the following refunds will apply when a change of date is not feasible...
14 days or more notice given before event: FULL REFUND or postpone to later event where available
7 to 14 days notice given before event: 50% REFUND or postpone to later event where available
Less than 7 days notice: NO REFUND
