In-Person Promotion Masterclasses
Booking on to a Masterclass
Payment must be made in full and in advance to secure your place. You can use the secure online payment and booking system which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You will then receive a PayPal invoice confirming your booking. By booking on to a masterclass or receiving 1-2-1 coaching you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Rank Success understands that people sometimes need to reschedule their time, particularly in the demanding role of a police officer. However if you cancel your booking close to a masterclass date it would hinder the opportunity for others to attend. Once your booking on the masterclass has been received, your place is confirmed. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason after confirming your place, notice in writing (e.g. email) must be provided to obtain a refund. Depending on the notice you give, the following refunds will apply in accordance with the cancellations policy...

- 14 days or more notice given before event: FULL REFUND
- 7 to 14 days notice given before event: 50% REFUND
- Less than 7 days notice: NO REFUND
Video Masterclass, Digital Toolkits & Downloadable Guides
The digital services available on this site (also referred to as 'eGuides', 'digital toolkits', 'downloadable guides', and 'video masterclass') are for download to a chosen device to read through and / or watch. These digital products and services must not be printed or shared with others in any way. This is to protect the copyright of the author while providing best value for officers. Unique purchaser information is digitally stamped on all products to help prevent / identify unauthorised sharing and video piracy. Social Media & Other Competitions
Facebook and Twitter competitions are run separately (prizes for both platforms apply). One entry limit per user. Competition winner chosen at random from eligible entries using automated software. Eligible entries are those who both 'Like' and 'Share / Retweet' the completion post or tweet. Competition closing date is one week from the official post or tweet launching the competition. Winner will be privately contacted then announced on the Rank Success Twitter or Facebook page for which the competition relates. Winner must supply a valid email address for arranging delivery of their prize. Rank Success will be the ultimate decision maker in the event of any dispute. Prizes hold no resale or monetary value.
